Leadership profile

An executive partner for the work between strategy and results.

For 18 years, I’ve worked across strategy, business operations, governance, and transformation—often in complex, highly regulated environments where progress depends on clarity, trust, and disciplined follow-through.

My best work happens in COO-style operating spaces: solving ambiguous problems, helping leaders deliver their vision, and building the organizational capabilities that make change last.

01

Strategy execution

Turning executive priorities into practical operating structures, clear ownership, and sustained momentum.

02

Enterprise transformation

Redesigning operating models and guiding teams through complex, cross-functional change.

03

Executive partnership

Helping senior leaders align decisions, stakeholders, governance, and execution around a shared direction.

04

Capability building

Creating the routines, skills, and systems that help organizations adopt new ways of working at scale.

How I create value

Structure for complexity.
Momentum for change.

01

Translate strategy into an operating agenda

Connect aspiration to the decisions, governance, workstreams, and measures required to deliver it.

02

Align leaders and teams

Create shared clarity across stakeholders with different perspectives, incentives, and responsibilities.

03

Build decision and governance systems

Design practical mechanisms that improve visibility, accountability, and the pace of execution.

04

Scale new capabilities

Move emerging ideas from isolated use cases to controlled, repeatable ways of working.

Enterprise AI enablement

Connecting emerging technology to practical business execution.

My current work includes guiding how Microsoft Copilot is applied in a controlled enterprise environment—from practical use cases and governance to adoption at scale. The focus is not technology for its own sake. It is helping people do better work while giving the organization the structure to move responsibly.

Career perspective

Deep financial-services experience. Broad operating relevance.

Financial services has been the proving ground for my leadership: large-scale organizations, meaningful regulatory constraints, and a constant need to balance control with progress.

That experience is an asset, not a boundary. The underlying work—clarifying priorities, designing operating systems, aligning leaders, and building execution capability—translates wherever complexity and change meet.

Leadership philosophy

“The operating model matters. So do the people living inside it.”

I believe durable change comes from pairing clear structure with genuine partnership—listening closely, making complexity understandable, and helping people see how their work connects to a larger purpose.
